Day 1: Zanzibar – Flight to Mikumi National Park – Full-Day Game Drive

Your safari begins with an early morning transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport for your scheduled domestic flight to Mikumi National Park. As you fly over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean and the lush Tanzanian landscape, you’ll get a breathtaking aerial introduction to the country’s natural beauty.

Upon arrival at Mikumi Airstrip, your professional safari guide will welcome you and transfer you into the national park aboard a specially equipped 4×4 safari vehicle.
