This 6 Days Tanzania Mid-range Safari Tour is a combination of 3 of the 4 most visited northern Tanzania parks – The Serengeti, Lake Manyara, and the Ngorongoro Conservancy. Accommodation will all be based on the Mid-range Lodges so that you get top-notch service on your visit to Tanzania.
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to your mid-range lodge in Arusha. Relax, rejuvenate, and acclimate yourself to the environment. The adventurous days that lie ahead will require your full energy.
After breakfast, we will embark on a journey towards Lake Manyara National Park, famed for its tree-climbing lions. You will have a chance to take in the stunning landscapes, watch elephants strolling and marvel at the diverse bird species. After an exciting game drive, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your mid-range lodge nearby Lake Manyara.
Post breakfast, we’ll drive to the iconic Serengeti National Park. This vast savannah offers the most quintessential African safari experience. You will spend the day exploring the park, spotting the big five – lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalo. As dusk falls, you’ll return to your mid-range lodge within the park for a delightful dinner and overnight stay.
Day four will be entirely dedicated to the exploration of the Serengeti. Depending on the time of the year, you might witness the spectacular wildebeest migration. Enjoy a full day game drive, and savor picnic lunches in the wilderness. Spot a wide range of wildlife and revel in the breathtaking beauty of the African plains. Spend another tranquil night in your lodge under the African starlit sky.
After an early breakfast and a sunrise game drive, you’ll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy your lunch overlooking the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, known as the “Garden of Eden” due to its concentration of wildlife. In the afternoon, you’ll descend 600 meters into the crater for a game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino. Later we’ll ascend and retire to your lodge on the crater’s rim / Arusha.
After an early breakfast, our path leads us back to the airport where our safari finds its conclusion. This expedition will etch enduring memories of Tanzania’s unparalleled natural allure and the captivating inhabitants that inhabit its realms.
